Yields 4 8 oz servings. Serve in a cocktail glass.
12 Strawberries – sliced lengthwise.
1 small watermelon
2-3 limes- 8 tsp juiced
1 12oz can Schisandra Sparkling Botanical
16oz Strawberry Shiso Iced Tea
Per serving glass: Add 1 sliced strawberry. Muddle gently to release juices of fruit, leaving fruit intact. Add 2 tsp lime juice, 3 oz Schisandra Sparkling Botanical and 4 oz sangria concentrate. Build out glasses with 2-3 sliced strawberries, 2 small watermelon wedges and a slice of lime. Top with a couple ice cubes. Stir. Serve.
Strawberry Shiso Iced Tea
7-8 grams per 16oz. of tea for sangria concentrate. Add to 1000mL Simple Brew. Add 8oz hot water, steep 6 minutes, crashed with 8oz. cold water. Strain. Chill in refrigerator.
