Prepare

Glass: Coupe

2.25 oz Infused rum
1 oz Yuzu juice
.75 oz Simple syrup

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, add 2.25 oz Infused rum, 1 oz yuzu juice, .75 oz simple syrup with ice. Shake hard until cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated yuzu wheel.

Yuzu Rosemary Infused Haitian Rum

750 mL Haitian Rum
30 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Yuzu Rosemary Herb Lab Blend

Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
