1.75 oz Fresh grapefruit juice (blend of Pomelo and Ruby Red)

In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz infused tequila, 1.75 oz Fresh grapefruit. Shake hard and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical. Garnish with a dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel.

750 mL Tequila Blanco
60 grams Dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheels
20 grams Dehydrated Makrut Lime wheels
14 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals White Peony King
Add to a 1L Mason jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
