  • 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice (blend of Pomelo and Ruby Red)
  • Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical by Rishi

Preparation

Step 1
In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz infused tequila, 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit
Step 2
Shake hard and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
Step 3
Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
Step 4
Garnish with a dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel

Notes

White Peony and Citrus Infused Tequila

750 mL Tequila blanco
60 grams Dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheels
20 grams Dehydrated Makrut lime wheels
14 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals White Peony King

  • Add to a 1L Mason jar and shake
  • Cold brew in the fridge for 24 hours (share from time to time)
  • Strain into a mason jar and reserve
