Gather Ingredients

4 Tbsp Oolong Tea Seed
3 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
½ tsp Kosher Salt
½ Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp Doctor Turmeric Bamboo Ginger Powder
1 tsp Hot Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Korean Seedless Red Chili Powder

In a small sauté pan, bring the Oolong Tea Seed Oil and sesame oil to moderate simmer, being careful not to burn.

Add all the ingredients to the hot oil blend and reduce the heat to a slight simmer. Simmer for 30 seconds while shaking and stirring. Cut the heat and stir until temperature reduces. Let stand for a minute or so in the pan and decant into a small bowl.

Notes: The goal is to infuse the oil with amazing color and deep flavor without scorching or disrupting those flavors and aromatic compounds.

Use this amazing infused oil condiment as a go-to for noodles, rice dishes and soups. It can be blended with vinegar-based hot sauce for fried chicken. Turmeric Chili Tea Seed Oil Condiment can be used as an ingredient and condiment in many ways.
