Prepare

Glass: Collins

1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
1.5 oz Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine Watermelon Juice
3 dash Rhubarb Bitters
Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Black Salt (for garnish)

Directions

In shaker combine Tequila Blanco, Moonlight Jasmine Watermelon Juice, rhubarb bitters, ice and shake 10 seconds. Strain into salt-rimmed glass with fresh ice. Fill with Grapefruit Quince SB. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.

Moonlight Jasmine Watermelon Juice

In 400 ml simple brew, add 5g Moonlight Jasmine and fill with strained watermelon juice. Infuse ambient for 3 hours and strain. Store in refrigerator.

Black Salt Rim

Wet glass rim with lime wedge and roll into black salt.
