Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka

Prepare

Glass: Collins

2 oz Infused potato vodka
6 oz Fever Tree Tonic

Directions

In a Collins Glass, fill with 1-inch ice cubes. Add 2 oz of the Infused Potato Vodka. Top with 6oz of Fever Tree Tonic.

Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka

750 mL potato vodka
15 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Saffron Bitters

Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
