Prepare

Glass: Collins

2 oz Infused whisky
6 oz Filtered water

Directions

In a soda stream bottle, add 2oz of infused whisky and 6 oz of filtered water. Charge using the soda stream. Pour into a Collins glass with ice and garnish with a manicured twist of lemon.

750 mL Japanese Whisky (Suntory Toki Whisky)
12 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Red Ginseng Iron Goddess Oolong Herb Lab Blend

Add to a 1L Mason jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a fresh Mason jar and reserve.
