Blackberry Hibiscus Maceration
3 oz Schisandra Berry Sparkling Botanicals
1.5 oz Blackberry Hibiscus Macerations
.75 oz lemon juice
3-4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
In a cocktail shaker, add blackberry hibiscus, lemon juice, bitters, and ice. Shake hard for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into Collins glass with fresh ice. Express lemon zest and garnish.
Blackberry Hibiscus Macerations
In a mixing bowl, add 12oz fresh blackberries, 24g Rishi Tea & Botanicals Hibiscus loose leaf and 16oz sugar. Mix in bowl and lightly squash berries. Allow to sit overnight, then add 16oz water and bring to a simmer. Allow to rest and strain. Store in refrigerator.
