  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar (optional for a sweeter muffin)
  • ⅓ cup of canola or vegetable oil, plus more for greasing
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ to 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Rishi cinnamon plum tea


Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Step 2
Place the mashed bananas in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the sugar, oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour, cranberry sauce, and Rishi tea and gently mix together until well combined.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
