Glass: Collins

2 oz Infused Kinobi Gin
6oz Fever Tree Tonic

Directions

In a Collins glass, fill with 1-inch ice cubes. Add 2 oz of the Infused Kinobi Gin. Top with 6oz of Fever Tree Tonic.

Chrysanthemum Oolong Infusion

750 mL Kinobi Gin
13 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Chrysanthemum Oolong Herb Lab Blend

Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
