6 grams Blue Jasmin Green Tea / 27 ounces filtered water @ 190°F / 4 minutes / decant fully. Allow to cool before drink assembly.
4.5 grams Rishi Butterfly Pea Flowers / 20 ounces filtered water @ 200°F / 6 minutes / decant fully. Freeze in molds 2” to 2.5” cubed.
