Ingredients

  • 1 oz passionfruit syrup
  • 7 oz seltzer
  • 2 oz prepared matcha shot

Preparation

  1. Add syrup to a 16-ounce cup filled with ice.
  2. Add seltzer; top with prepared matcha shot and stir.

Passionfruit Syrup Ingredients

  • 4 oz symple syrup
  • 4 oz filtered water
  • 50 g Rishi Passionfruit Amla Gotu Kola Botanical Powder

Add simple syrup and water to a blender. While running on low speed, add botanical powder; increase speed to medium and blend for 15 seconds.

Matcha Shot Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Rishi Barista Matcha, sifted
  • 2 oz filtered water at 175°F

Whisk matcha with hot water until frothy; serve immediately.
