Ingredients

  • 2 oz Infused white rum (recipe below)
  • 6 oz Fever Tree tonic water

Preparation

  1. In a Collins glass, fill with 1-inch ice cubes
  2. Add 2 oz infused white rum
  3. Top with 6oz Fever Tree tonic water
  4. Lightly stir to mix

Artichoke Blend Infused White Rum Ingredients

  • 750 ml white rum (Agricole preferably)
  • 14 grams dehydrated bergamot citrus wheels
  • 3 grams whole Rishi Tea & Botanicals Butterfly Pea Flower
  • .7 grams dried artichoke herb tea
  • 6 g Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine

Artichoke Blend Infused White Rum Preparation

  1. CAdd all ingredients to 1L Mason jar, shake and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking occasionally).
  2. Double strain into another Mason jar and reserve
