2 oz Infused white rum
6 oz Fever Tree Tonic
In a Collins Glass, fill with 1-inch Ice cubes. Add 2 oz of the Infused White Rum. Top with 6oz Fever Tree Tonic.
Artichoke Blend Infused White Rum
750 mL white rum (Agricole preferably)
14 grams dehydrated bergamot citrus wheels
3 grams whole Rishi Tea & Botanicals Butterfly Pea Flower
0.7 grams dried artichoke herb tea
6 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine
Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
