2 oz Infuse Sotol
1 oz Fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 oz Freshly whisked Rishi Tea & Botanicals Teahouse Matcha

Directions

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 2 oz Infused Sotol, 1oz Agave Syrup, 1oz Fresh Meyer lemon Juice. Shake until very cold. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Float 1 oz of freshly whisked matcha on top.

Artemisia Qi Tonic Infused Sotol

750m mL Sotol
12 grams Artemisia Qi Tonic Herb Lab Blend by Rishi

Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
